Readers needed for special public event in November 2005

The Blackstone Valley Tourism Council is putting out a special request for librarians and teachers to volunteer as story readers and assistants on the Blackstone Valley Polar Express in November.

Details on this major public event are as follows:

• The Blackstone Valley Polar Express
• Saturdays & Sundays November 5-6 & November 12 & 13, 2005

• Trip includes:
• 1 1/2 hour train ride on the Providence and Worcester Railroad, hot chocolate and cookies, a visit from Santa, Christmas sing-a-long, and a special Christmas remembrance.

• Tours depart at 10:45am and 1:45pm
• All tours leave from the Ann & Hope in Cumberland.
• Cost: $27.50 all seats
